Refund and Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing the highest level of satisfaction on all of our programs and products, and fully stand behind our programs. If you find within 30 days of the date of purchase of the Basic Package, that you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a 100% refund of your payment. If you find within 30 days of the date of delivery on the Premium Package and the Premium Deluxe Package, that you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a full refund of your payment, less shipping and handling fees. Refund requests must be made in writing to: email@example.com.
Return shipment instructions will be provided, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees. When the Premium Package or the Premium Deluxe Package and receipt are returned to us, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally made minus shipping and handling and may take up to three weeks to process. Please note, if return is not postmarked within 30 days of the date you received it per USPS Tracking, NO refund will be processed. You must use tracking to show proof by USPS, UPS, or Federal Express that return was sent within the 30 day time frame.
Delivery & Shipping
The physical product will be shipped via USPS on or around October 29, 2014. An email will be sent to notify you that your product has shipped. Shipping & handling charges and applicable sales tax will be applied at checkout. Delivery dates will vary based on delivery address.
