• Transformational Coaching, where you’ll gain the power to ignite the extraordinary potential of women through life-changing conversations as a professional coach, working one-on-one.
• Transformational Facilitation, where you’ll gain the power to ignite transformational learning communities and empower women through workshops, retreats, women’s circles and more.
• Transformational Leadership, where you’ll gain the power to ignite extraordinary possibilities in the world through entrepreneurship, speaking, writing, organization building and/or catalyzing world-changing projects.

We know that you may be called to different tracks and you may have questions, so you DON’T need to know which tracks you’re applying for in advance of your interview!

As part of our application process, you’ll be able to meet one-on-one with our Executive Director, Sara Wilsion or one of our senior coaches, who will support you to:

• Clarify your vision
• Identify your needs and pathway to success
• Share about each of the tracks in more depth
• Help you identify which programs are the best fit
• Answer questions
• Support you in your decision
