I understand that with my registration I will receive access to The Success Codes Mentorship Circle for the whole month of April, 2020, at zero cost to me.

I understand that by submitting this form I am agreeing to receive messages (voicemail, SMS and MMS) from The Feminine Success Codes and Feminine Power. Msg&data rates may apply. I understand that I can unsubscribe from these messages at any time.

The Feminine Success Codes houses all Feminine Power intellectual property, including the “Feminine Power” name, brand and all associated logos and trademarks, templates, curriculum, program materials, copyrighted materials, and any and all improvements, modifications, enhancements, fixes and future versions of them (collectively, the “Feminine Power Intellectual Property”), are the property of Evolving Wisdom. They are made available solely for your personal use in conjunction with your participation in The Feminine Success Codes.

We kindly ask that you not copy or modify any Feminine Power Intellectual Property, and that you not share, sell, assign, sublicense or otherwise commercialize the Feminine Power Program or Feminine Power Intellectual Property to any third-party without the prior written consent of Evolving Wisdom. You agree to not remove or alter any copyright notices or other proprietary notices included in the Feminine Success Codes or the Feminine Power Programs or the Feminine Power Intellectual Property.

I also understand that all The Success Codes Mentorship Circle sessions are recorded, and that if I choose to participate by phone on the live events, the recording of my conversation will be accessible to current and future members of the program.

We love to record our sessions and feel our interactive process is a valuable asset to our Feminine Success Codes Community, Feminine Power Intellectual Property, and Feminine Power Programs. We, therefore, may record all or parts of our Feminine Success Codes for which you are a participant via video and/or audio recording.

You hereby grant to us the irrevocable right (which may be licensed, transferred, granted or assigned to other parties as we see fit) to use, publish, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform and publicly display, either digitally or in any other medium now known or later developed, the video or audio recordings of the sessions in any form, including without limitation, use as part of a composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to text, changes or alterations, whether or not in conjunction with your name or a fictitious name, in future programs and/or for illustration, promotion, advertising, marketing, or any other purpose whatsoever that is reasonably related to our business. You also irrevocably waive any right that you may have to inspection or approval of any of the deliverables or uses.
