TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

We are committed to providing the highest level of satisfaction on all of our programs, products and events.

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the program. Email support@womancenteredcoaching.com at least 5 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment. Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible.

If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, email support@womancenteredcoaching.com and we are happy to convert your enrollment to a non-refundable credit for the next in-same live program with Dr. Claire Zammit or any other Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Feminine Power or Evolving Wisdom program.

A complimentary enrollment is valid for the event date listed in the electronic confirmation only and is non-refundable/non-transferable.

You agree to the event shared commitments including to show up in generative empowered ways, taking responsibility for your own experience, zero negativity, no disparagement of other participants or faculty, no solicitation of other participants for free or paid offers or outside support groups. Any failure to adhere to these agreements will result in your removal from the event and possibly all future events.

You must be 18 years of age to participate.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, including but not limited to, templates, scripts, handouts, manuals, transcripts, processes and frameworks received during the program are for personal use only. These materials may not be reproduced, resold or utilized for any other reason without written permission.

By attending this virtual event, you agree that you will not screen capture, share, broadcast or record any parts of Empowering Women LIVE!. Please honor the privacy of Claire and The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching community by keeping this a confidential and safe container.

Also, by attending this virtual event, you’re agreeing to allowing The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching the right to the use of your photographs, voice and picture, non-confidential comments, written expressions, silhouette, and other reproductions of physical likeness (including any still image, videotaped image, captured video-conference image, CD-ROMs, DVDs and/or other analog or digital means, or other media now in existence of hereafter developed), in connection with or as part of any presentation, program, publication, product, transmission, or other professional endeavor in which the same may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, and/or publicizing of any such analog or digital works or their content, in perpetuity.

You understand these images / sounds may be used for commercial, educational, or informational purposes. You shall not be entitled to any royalties, fees, or other compensation or notice, in connection with any such use. In addition, you waive any claims that any use of your photograph, image, and/or voice as permitted hereunder portrays you in a derogatory manner or false light and any right that you may have to inspect or approve of any of the deliverables or uses.

FTC DISCLOSURE

In full transparency, any income or other claims shared by program graduates, friends, or clients are understood to be true and accurate, but are not verified in any way. Any results, including income, mentioned in any communications, including but not limited to, email, web pages, webinars and social media should not be considered exact, actual, or as a promise of potential earnings. All numbers are illustrative only.

There is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in this program or its accompanying materials. Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings.
We always encourage you to do your own due diligence and use your own judgment when making buying decisions and investments in your business.

RECORDINGS

Recordings are available for purchase as a supplement for training, not a substitute for attendance and will be made available February 2025. Recordings are non-refundable/non-transferable.

I agree to join this community of women, coaches and participants for the purpose of engaging, learning, practicing, growing and developing new ideas, mindsets, skills and new ways of knowing and being, for our personal and professional development. I commit to following the event agreements to ensure a powerful space for both my own learning and the learning of others.

2. I SHARE FROM POWER AND POSSIBILITY
We gather with curiosity, openness and the assumption that each member of our group is already powerful and able to create our future. We ENCOURAGE one another to share about our learnings and wins.

In this spirit, I agree not to give advice or unsolicited feedback, and to provide encouragement only.

3. KEEP THE CONVERSATION FOCUSED ON THE TOPIC
We are here to explore what the Empowering Women LIVE! content has to offer.

I agree to keep my posts and shares focused on the content shared at Empowering Women LIVE!

4. I AGREE to NOT SOLICIT, ADVERTISE OR “DM” OTHER PARTICIPANTS TO MEET OFF PLATFORM FOR ANY REASON
I agree to refrain from using this Group as a place to network or market myself, my services, and/or my products, or share other offers for people to meet and engage outside this platform for any purpose whatsoever, including the formation of self-organized practice groups.

5. NO EXTERNAL LINKS
I agree not to share from other Social Media Pages besides my personal account, and to not share links to external Accounts, Pages, Groups, affiliate offers, or spam as it can be distracting to others.

6. RESPECT PRIVACY
I will never reveal the identity of another participant, or duplicate posts anywhere, without the written permission of the author of the post.

7. BE POSITIVE, KIND AND GENEROUS TOWARDS ONE ANOTHER
Each of us expands our power by amplifying others and sharing with a generous spirit. The Institute staff and event team do not tolerate negativity, victimization, bullying, blame, or bad-mouthing participants, facilitators, our team or faculty.

I agree to be positive, kind and generous in my interactions on this page.

8. SHARE INSIDE THESE RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
I agree – to the best of my ability – not to post, say or do anything that could be misconstrued and would need to be deleted or removed.

I am aware that failure to maintain any of these agreements could result in my removal from this group, as well as Empowering Women LIVE!
