TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

In the event that you complete all of the assignments and you are not satisfied with the program, you may submit your fully completed assignments to request a full refund of your tuition within 90 days of the event to support@womancenteredcoaching.com.

Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable.

All materials, including but not limited to, templates, scripts, handouts, manuals, transcripts, processes and frameworks received during the program are for personal use only. These materials may not be reproduced, resold or utilized for any other reason without written permission.

By attending this virtual event, you agree that you will not screen capture, share, broadcast or record any parts of Accelerated Group Coaching Method 3-Day Immersion Training. Please honor the privacy of Claire and The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching community by keeping this a confidential and safe container.

Also, by attending this virtual event, you’re agreeing to allowing The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching the right to the use of your photographs, voice and picture, non-confidential comments, written expressions, silhouette, and other reproductions of physical likeness (including any still image, videotaped image, captured video-conference image, CD-ROMs, DVDs and/or other analog or digital means, or other media now in existence of hereafter developed), in connection with or as part of any presentation, program, publication, product, transmission, or other professional endeavor in which the same may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, and/or publicizing of any such analog or digital works or their content, in perpetuity.

You understand these images / sounds may be used for commercial, educational, or informational purposes. You shall not be entitled to any royalties, fees, or other compensation or notice, in connection with any such use. In addition, you waive any claims that any use of your photograph, image, and/or voice as permitted hereunder portrays you in a derogatory manner or false light and any right that you may have to inspect or approve of any of the deliverables or uses.

RECORDINGS

THIS EVENT is DESIGNED to BE EXPERIENCED LIVE, and as such, recordings are not available.

YOUR FULL presence and LIVE participation for the entire event is essential.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

By participating in this virtual event, you agree to abide by the Community Engagement Agreements. Any failure to adhere to these agreements will result in your removal from the event and possibly all future events.

   We gather with curiosity, openness and the assumption that each member of our group is already powerful and able to create our future. We ENCOURAGE one another to share about our learnings and wins.

   In this spirit, I agree not to give advice or unsolicited feedback, and to provide encouragement only.

3. KEEP THE CONVERSATION FOCUSED ON THE TOPIC
   We are here to explore what the Accelerated Group Coaching Method 3-Day Immersion Training content has to offer.

   I agree to keep my posts and shares focused on the content shared at the Accelerated Group Coaching Method 3-Day Immersion Training.

4. I AGREE to NOT SOLICIT, ADVERTISE OR “DM” OTHER PARTICIPANTS TO MEET OFF PLATFORM FOR ANY REASON
   I agree to refrain from using this Group as a place to network or market myself, my services, and/or my products, or share other offers for people to meet and engage outside this platform for any purpose whatsoever, including the formation of self-organized practice groups.

5. NO EXTERNAL LINKS
   I agree not to share from other social media pages besides my personal account, and to not share links to external accounts, pages, groups, affiliate offers, or spam as it can be distracting to others.

6. RESPECT PRIVACY
   I will never reveal the identity of another participant, or duplicate posts anywhere, without the written permission of the author of the post.

7. BE POSITIVE, KIND AND GENEROUS TOWARDS ONE ANOTHER
   Each of us expands our power by amplifying others and sharing with a generous spirit. The Institute staff and event team do not tolerate negativity, victimization, bullying, blame, or bad-mouthing participants, facilitators, our team or faculty.

8. SHARE INSIDE THESE RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
   I agree – to the best of my ability – not to post, say or do anything that could be misconstrued and would need to be deleted or removed.
