Our events are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All materials, including but not limited to, templates, scripts, handouts, manuals, transcripts, processes and frameworks received during the program are for personal use only. These materials may not be reproduced, resold or utilized for any other reason without written permission.

By attending this virtual event, you agree that you will not screen capture, share, broadcast or record any parts of Discover or Uplevel & Launch Your “Great Work”. Please honor the privacy of Claire and the Feminine Power and Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership Community by keeping this a confidential and safe container.

You agree to the event shared commitments including to show up in generative empowered ways, zero negativity, no disparagement of other participants or faculty, no solicitation of other participants for free or paid offers or outside support groups. Any failure to adhere to these agreements will result in your removal from the event and possibly all future events.

Also, by attending this virtual event, you’re agreeing to allowing Feminine Power and the Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership the right to the use of your photographs, voice and picture, comments, written expressions, silhouette, and other reproductions of physical likeness (including any still image, videotaped image, captured video-conference image, CD-ROMs, DVDs and/or other analog or digital means, or other media now in existence of hereafter developed), in connection with or as part of any presentation, program, publication, product, transmission, or other professional endeavor in which the same may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, and/or publicizing of any such analog or digital works or their content, in perpetuity.

You understand these images / sounds may be used for commercial, educational, or informational purposes. You shall not be entitled to any royalties, fees, or other compensation or notice, in connection with any such use. In addition, you waive any claims that any use of your photograph, image, and/or voice as permitted hereunder portrays you in a derogatory manner or false light.

Disclosure

In full transparency, FTC DISCLOSURE: Any income or other claims shared by program graduates, friends, or clients are understood to be true and accurate, but are not verified in any way. Any results, including income, mentioned in any communications, including but not limited to, email, web pages, webinars and social media should not be considered exact, actual, or as a promise of potential earnings.
