How is this program different from the Institute’s Woman-Centered Coaching Certification Training?
The Woman-Centered Masterclass is a 7-week program designed to provide you with the core steps of Claire’s Woman-Centered Coaching model that’s designed to give you access to what you need to know to make your existing work “Woman-Centered.”
There is no training in coaching skills as part of this program. What you’ll discover are the steps of the model that will enable you to leverage your existing professional skills to create a Growth Container as an essential foundation for extraordinary results, the 4 steps you must guide women through to facilitate breakthrough results, and how to rapidly develop the 7 Super Skills that are the key “Difference Makers” in unlocking extraordinary results for the women you work with.
Our Woman-Centered Coaching Certification training is a comprehensive 6-month training in how to get life-changing results for women one-on-one. It provides the most credible, comprehensive, effective training that qualifies you beyond professional standards as a specialist in the Woman-Centered Coaching model.
The biggest difference is that in our certification program you are trained in Woman-Centered Coaching Skills and the deeper transformational Superpowers as well as gaining access to even more resources and support.
You have access to a Practice Group with peers, support from mentors and extensive clinics for coaching skill development.
Our certification programs include business development resources in the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, including positioning, marketing, and sales, generated from within the context of Feminine Power principles.
Our Woman-Centered Coaching Certification also provides the option to apply for a professional certification credential or a certificate of completion from the Institute.
