Terms and Conditions
We are committed to providing the highest level of satisfaction on all of our programs and products, and fully stand behind our courses.
If you find within 14 days of the course start date that you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a form to implement a refund or cancellation of your tuition. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment made and may take up to three weeks to process.
Requests must be made in writing to email@example.com. We ask that you complete a form that will enable you to show that you have engaged with the course materials. All bonuses will be made available after the refund/cancellation window closes.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 60 business days following the completion of the course.
Evolving Wisdom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Nor responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
International customers are responsible for all additional fees acquired through customs. All international orders will be shipped in the same timeframe as above, however, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.
Physical Product Return Policy:
All physical product returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for return postage or lost returns in transit.
When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a refund on the physical products only less shipping fees.
