Refund Policy:

We are committed to providing the highest level of satisfaction on all of our programs and products, and fully stand behind our courses.

If you find within 14 days of the date of purchase that you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a refund by emailing support@femininepower.com. Any bonuses that may have accompanied your purchase will be made available after the refund/cancellation window closes.

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Please take time to ensure and confirm that you entered the correct mailing address, as Evolving Wisdom is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. Additionally, Evolving Wisdom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at the point of purchase, or postage refunds for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages.

International Orders:

International customers are responsible for all additional fees incurred through customs. While all international orders will be shipped in the same timeframe as above, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. Evolving Wisdom is not responsible for packages or delivery beyond the port of entry, nor are we responsible for duty, import fees, taxes or customs charges that you may incur.

Physical Product Return Policy:

Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer, and a $35 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We suggest that you add delivery and/ or tracking information to your merchandise return as Evolving Wisdom cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Refunds will be issued when physical products in new and unopened condition have been received, and will be reimbursed in the same form of payment you used for the initial purchase. Please make your refund request in writing to support@femininepower.com. All physical product returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify.
