By registering for The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership Programs, including: The Woman-Centered Platinum Coaching and Facilitation Certification Program, The Woman-Centered Facilitation Certification Program and/or The Woman-Centered Coaching Certification Program you are making a powerful commitment to the deepest level of transformation in your life.

By paying the non-refundable first payment and deposit of $1,000 you have made a financial commitment to the program – there are absolutely no refunds, cancellations, nor transfers and you are legally and financially responsible for the FULL investment of the program.

As part of your course tuition for The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership Professional Program, you have lifetime access to all downloadable materials once you download them to your own device via your learning portal.

All materials, including but not limited to, templates, scripts, handouts, manuals, transcripts, processes and frameworks received during the program are for personal use only. These materials may not be reproduced, resold or utilized for any other reason without written permission.

Practice Groups
Due to the thoughtful and careful podding process, failure to complete and return a Practice Group survey for placement purposes by the stated deadline is deemed as a forfeiture of Practice Group participation.

You can make one Practice Group transfer request per program, within the same program Cohort only. This request must be made within the first month after your initial group placement notification. Please note that these requests are reviewed for final approval by our team of program specialists, you will receive notification via email if your request is approved.

If you self opt-out of a practice group you will not be reassigned to another group as it disrupts the growth container and privacy of the groups involved.

The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership reserves the right to remove any participant that exhibits disruptive behavior that is detrimental and/or violates the Global Leader Community and Network Shared Commitments.

Intellectual Property
As part of your course tuition for the Institute for Woman-Centered Feminine Power™ Professional Transformational Coaching, Facilitation & Leadership Certification Programs or The Woman-Centered Platinum Coaching and Facilitation Certification, you have lifetime access to all downloadable materials once you download them to your own device via your learning portal.

By attending the Program, you agree that you will not screen capture, share, broadcast or record any parts of the Program. Please honor the privacy of Claire and the Feminine Power and Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership Community by keeping this a confidential and safe container.

Also, by attending this Program, you’re agreeing to allowing Feminine Power and the Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership the right to the use of your photographs, voice and picture, comments, written expressions, silhouette, and other reproductions of physical likeness (including any still image, videotaped image, captured video-conference image, CD-ROMs, DVDs and/or other analog or digital means, or other media now in existence of hereafter developed), in connection with or as part of any presentation, program, publication, product, transmission, or other professional endeavor in which the same may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, and/or publicizing of any such analog or digital works or their content, in perpetuity.

You understand these images / sounds may be used for commercial, educational, or informational purposes. You shall not be entitled to any royalties, fees, or other compensation or notice, in connection with any such use. In addition, you waive any claims that any use of your photograph, image, and/or voice as permitted hereunder portrays you in a derogatory manner or false light.

Disclosure
In full transparency, FTC DISCLOSURE: Any income or other claims shared by Program graduates, friends, or clients are understood to be true and accurate, but are not verified in any way. Any results, including income, mentioned in any communications, including but not limited to, email, web pages, webinars and social media should not be considered exact, actual, or as a promise of potential earnings. All numbers are illustrative only.
We always encourage you to do your own due diligence and use your own judgment when making buying decisions and investments in your business.
