As part of your purchase of The Accelerator Group Coaching Method™, you have lifetime access to all downloadable materials once you download them to your own personal device via your learning portal.

All materials, including but not limited to, templates, scripts, handouts, manuals, transcripts, processes and frameworks received during the program are for personal use only. These materials may not be reproduced, resold or utilized for any other reason without written permission.

Also, by attending events associated with your purchase of The Accelerator Group Coaching Method™, you’re agreeing to allowing Feminine Power and the Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership the right to the use of your photographs, voice and picture, comments, written expressions, silhouette, and other reproductions of physical likeness (including any still image, videotaped image, captured video-conference image, CD-ROMs, DVDs and/or other analog or digital means, or other media now in existence of hereafter developed), in connection with or as part of any presentation, program, publication, product, transmission, or other professional endeavor in which the same may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, and/or publicizing of any such analog or digital works or their content, in perpetuity.

You understand these images / sounds may be used for commercial, educational, or informational purposes. You shall not be entitled to any royalties, fees, or other compensation or notice, in connection with any such use. In addition, you waive any claims that any use of your photograph, image, and/or voice as permitted hereunder portrays you in a derogatory manner or false light.

If you find that after completing all assignments you are not satisfied with the program, you may submit your fully completed assignments to request a full refund of your tuition.

Requests must be made in writing to training@femininepower.com. Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally made and may take up to three weeks to process.
