REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY

We are committed to getting extraordinary results for you in the program, and for that to work effectively, we’ve seen that we need to invite you into making a 100% commitment to participate from the very beginning of your training with us. For this reason, The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership Programs, including: The Woman-Centered Platinum Certification & Business Accelerator, The Woman-Centered Facilitation Certification Program and/or The Woman-Centered Coaching Certification Program and/or the deposit are non-refundable.

We will accept transfers to the next Cohort, or provide credits for other Evolving Wisdom courses until the end of the “Fast-Track.” To request a credit or transfer, before this date, email support@womancenteredcoaching.com with “Transfer” or “Credit request” in the subject line.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

By registering for The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership Programs, including: The Woman-Centered Platinum Certification & Business Accelerator, The Woman-Centered Facilitation Certification Program and/or The Woman-Centered Coaching Certification Program you are making a powerful commitment to the deepest level of transformation in your life.

The Institute for Woman Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership reserves the right to remove any participant that exhibits disruptive behavior that is detrimental to any individuals and/or violates The Woman-Centered Platinum Certification & Business Accelerator, The Woman-Centered Facilitation Certification Program and/or The Woman-Centered Coaching Certification Program Community and Network Shared Commitments. In such an unlikely event, the participant will receive a refund for the unused portion of their tuition.

The safety and confidentiality of the participant container in all participant connection points throughout the program is of utmost importance.

By respecting these guidelines, you are helping us to create a peer community that provides safety for all members and gives everyone the freedom to focus on their own continued growth.

Your enrollment will not be completed until the Terms & Conditions and Enrollment Agreements are signed. You affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are fully able and competent to enter, abide by and comply with the Terms & Conditions and Enrollment Agreements.

In addition, both Certification and any program component, incentive, bonus or offer for promotion by The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership via any platform or media form is subject to a separate agreement and can be withheld or revoked if you are no longer a coach in good standing. Upon certification, these terms are included in the Certification Agreement.

All programming, deliverables, faculty and schedules are subject to change and can be replaced by elements of equal or greater value.

PRACTICE GROUPS

Due to the thoughtful and careful Practice Group assignment process, failure to complete and return a Practice Group survey for placement purposes by the stated deadline is deemed as a forfeiture of Practice Group participation.

Participation in your Practice Group is subject to an additional set of agreements set forth when you complete your Practice Group survey. Failure to adhere to any of these participation agreements will result in the withdrawal of your participation from the group and forfeiture of the opportunity to be part of a Practice Group.

You can make one Practice Group transfer request per program, within the same program Cohort only. This request must be made within the first month after your initial group placement notification. Please note that these requests are reviewed for final approval by our team of program specialists, you will receive notification via email if your request is approved.

If you self opt-out of a practice group you will not be reassigned to another group as it disrupts the growth container and privacy of the groups involved.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

As part of your tuition for The Woman-Centered Platinum Certification & Business Accelerator, The Woman-Centered Facilitation Certification Program and/or The Woman-Centered Coaching Certification Program, you will have lifetime access to any materials for the life of this program. It is your responsibility to download the materials.

All materials, including but not limited to, templates, scripts, handouts, manuals, transcripts, processes and frameworks received during the program are for personal use only. These materials may not be reproduced, resold or utilized for any other reason without written permission.

Also, by participating in The Woman-Centered Platinum Certification & Business Accelerator, The Woman-Centered Facilitation Certification Program and/or The Woman-Centered Coaching Certification Program, you’re agreeing to allowing The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership the right to the use of your photographs, voice and picture, non-confidential comments, written expressions, silhouette, and other reproductions of physical likeness (including any still image, videotaped image, captured video-conference image, CD-ROMs, DVDs and/or other analog or digital means, or other media now in existence of hereafter developed), in connection with or as part of any presentation, program, publication, product, transmission, or other professional endeavor in which the same may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, and/or publicizing of any such analog or digital works or their content, in perpetuity.

You understand these images / sounds may be used for commercial, educational, or informational purposes. You shall not be entitled to any royalties, fees, or other compensation or notice, in connection with any such use. In addition, you waive any claims that any use of your photograph, image, and/or voice as permitted hereunder portrays you in a derogatory manner or false light and any right that you may have to inspect or approve of any of the deliverables or uses.

FTC DISCLOSURE

In full transparency, any income or other claims shared by program graduates, friends, or clients are understood to be true and accurate, but are not verified in any way. Any results, including income, mentioned in any communications, including but not limited to, email, web pages, webinars and social media should not be considered exact, actual, or as a promise of potential earnings. All numbers are illustrative only.

There is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in this program or its accompanying materials. Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings.

We always encourage you to do your own due diligence and use your own judgment when making buying decisions and investments in your business.
