Question: When are the Unlock Your Quantum Powers Course Sessions and LIVE Group Mentoring Sessions?
Your course includes 7 Course Sessions and 7 LIVE Group Mentoring Sessions. The Course Sessions will be held on Wednesdays, at 5:00pm Pacific Time starting on Wednesday, February 1st. Course Sessions run approximately 80 minutes.
Your 7 LIVE Group Mentoring Sessions with Jean take place on Mondays at 5:00pm Pacific Time, with the exception of the first meeting, which begins on starting on Tuesday, February 7th. Live Group Mentoring Sessions are approximately 75 minutes long.
INTERACTIVE SESSIONS: Live Group Mentoring Sessions will be followed by a half-hour interactive session where you can engage and interact with other course participants (if dialed in by telephone) or be guided in questions for your own reflection (if listening over webcast).
Course Sessions can be accessed via the web, and Live Group Mentoring Sessions can be accessed by phone or via the web, at the scheduled time, and all will be recorded for you to listen to or download afterwards. The Course Sessions will also be transcribed and provided as downloadable PDF documents. Note: You must join live if you wish to interact in a small group.

Question: What is the Unlock Your Quantum Powers Online Learning Portal?
The Online Learning Portal is a major component of the course program. It is our home base, houses all of our Course Recordings & Course Materials, and also acts as a community hub for student interaction.
Question: Do I have to join the Online Community Group?
Participation in the Online Community Group hosted by Facebook is not required, however, we find that students who participate in this private, exclusive group are able to connect with other students and deepen into the material of each module by sharing the collective shifts and openings happening in each week of the course program.
Question: What if I fall behind?
You can listen to or download the MP3 recordings of previous sessions and listen to them when you are able.
Question: How do I access the weekly Sessions?
There are two ways to access the weekly Sessions live — by telephone (or Skype) or by listening via live streaming over the Internet.
Question: Are recordings of the Sessions available?
The Course Sessions and Live Group Mentoring Sessions are made available no later than 24 hours after their initial broadcast. The recordings will be available to listen to or download on our Unlock Your Quantum Powers Online Learning Portal.
Question: What are the technical requirements to participate in the course?
You will need an active email address to receive information and updates about the course. For the Group Mentoring Sessions you will either need a telephone with a strong signal (we recommend using a landline) or a computer and an Internet connection. You will also need a computer and Internet connection to access the Online Community Group and Online Learning Portal.
Question: Is there anything special I need to access the Course Sessions from my computer?
To listen to the Sessions via webcast, you must have a computer that has the capability to run the latest version of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome.
You also need a reliable Internet connection of at least 1 mps. If you have a wireless Internet connection (Wi-Fi), make sure you are in a spot with a strong connection. Optionally, you may find that having a headset with earphones can enhance your listening experience when listening to the events online.
In addition, please make sure that you have an updated version of the browser you are using. We recommend using Firefox or Safari, for either an Apple or PC.
Question: How do the recurring payments work?
Payment plans are automatically billed on a 30-day cycle. For example, if you were to register today for the 3-payment plan, the next payment would be charged to your credit card exactly 30 days from today, and again, 30 days after that.
Question: What is the refund policy?
We are committed to providing the highest level of satisfaction on all of our programs and products.
We are also dedicated to creating a community of highly committed participants who will support one another to get the most out of the program.
We recognize that once you’ve set a powerful intention to transform your life, the next thing that can happen is that you may experience a surge of resistance that is not serving the highest and best part of you that inspired you to want to transform your life. We encourage you to try to set aside any resistance that may come up and give yourself the opportunity to participate in the course when it begins. In support of your commitment, the refund window will only open once the course has started. If you are experiencing this kind of resistance and would like to talk to someone about it, please contact our support team at email@example.com.
If you find that within 14 days of the course start date that you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a form to implement the refund of your tuition. All bonuses will be made available after the refund window closes.
Requests to transfer into a future course or receive access to a digital self-paced version of the course will be honored within 30 days of purchase.
Refund requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment made and may take up to three weeks to process.
Question: Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes, we do accept PayPal payments.
Question: Can I pay with personal check?
We do not accept personal checks at this time.
Question: Is there a multi-pay option available?
Yes, there is a 3-payment plan option, paid monthly over 3 months.
Question: What is the cost of the course?
A single payment of $397 or three monthly payments of $147 each.
