During this session, I’ll share the key coaching skills I’ve discovered in working with tens of thousands of women — skills that I believe every woman who is called to live her largest life needs to know about!
Together we will discover how to:
- Inspire, motivate, and encourage others to grow, learn and evolve.
- Encourage others to innovate and make new discoveries, and find their own solutions to problems.
- Collaborative and engage others in empowering rather than directive ways.
- Support others to cultivate a growth mindset when faced with challenges, problems and breakdowns.
- Create a safe space to think through issues or problems to find our own solutions.
- Encourage ownership and self-responsibility.
- Develop skills for resolving conflict and breakdowns.
- Supports others to deal with uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
- Increase your confidence, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness!

We held a space for you in our circle during the live event even if you weren’t able to attend in person.

Claire shared another exercice during a previous session about coaching which was about staying grounded and centered during a conversation, by listening deeply and showing empathy without being sucked into the other person’s personal sphere. That was a real eye opener for me as well!

Deep listening exercise: I felt pain in my gut, and sadness in my heart, while my mind received a lighter message of creating distance, of you (Claire) accepting the reality of having done what you could!

Also Claires one minute intro-meditation is a really useful ritual to get centered and focused before starting each coaching session! – and it requires a safe space!…
A safe space – very important – this is one of the reasons why the distance coaching with Claire works for me: I can decide when I have the time and space to receive coaching. I can listen to different parts of the seminar, which allows me to tune in for 30 minutes or an hour and really focus – and I can even access the seminars again several months later. This is very useful for me. The downside is that I have rarely been able to attend live sessions – but at least you have provide a realistic solution!… Read more »

I have been and will be using coaching professionally, so this session is much wanted and needed. I expect that it will help me develop my coaching skills and understanding of coaching further. I have had powerful insights from previous overviews on transformative coaching provided by Claire. For this particular purpose my intention for the month will be to coach my two teenage boys with attention disorder and high potential (like me) who are both at a cross-roads where they need to work very hard to catch up/make up for lost time during lockdown. Thank you so much. The timing for this is perfect . After finishing mastery I still found myself feeling uneasy about how to communicate with others in a way that will explain what I do without feeling like I have to explain all my different approaches and techniques so they can see which one they like, and choose one that will work for them.
