When materials have been released, you should be able to see them displayed.

When you visit a website frequently, your web browser stores elements of the web page in a cache, so that they do not have to be downloaded again each time you visit, making your browsing faster. In some cases, when the website is changed, you may not be able to view the changes, because you are actually viewing the “old” page, (or the cache).

The audios for this program are accessible via computer or mobile device. If you are experiencing any difficulty with online streaming, below are some troubleshooting tips:

Although our recordings are universal audio players (able to stream across different devices), audios stopping or cutting off is an issue with Apple mobile products (iPhones and iPads).

We do have some tips and suggestions, to help offer a workaround for this issue:

• Open Audio or Video in new browser windows before playing.

• Give the Audio or Video time to load fully. You can do this by, starting the recording and then immediately pressing pause. Once it has fully loaded, you should then be able to play it without it stopping.

• Successful streaming via i-devices was done via the Google Chrome app. If you are using a different browser and find that it is not working for you, please download the free Google Chrome app via the App Store.

• Make sure your internet connection is fast and reliable enough to stream entire audios. Using a cellular data connection may cause interruptions to your streaming, so try using a Wi-Fi connection instead.​

• Download the audios to a computer. You can sync your device to it and transfer the audios over. Then you can open the audios on your device via an app like iTunes or Windows Media Player, which gives you more control over the player and can help with streaming issues.

• For Apple products, contact Apple support for assistance in resolving the audio cutoff issue.

Please follow the steps below to download audio:

1. Right-click (or control-click) on the download button for the audio you wish to save.

2. Click Save file as, Save File or Download linked file as, in the box that pops up.

3. Another box will come up, asking you the name of the file and the place to save it. We suggest saving the file to the desktop so that you can easily find it later. We also recommend waiting to change the name until after saving, as this sometimes corrupts the document transfer.

4. Click Save and the file will download to your computer.

5. Once downloaded, you will be able to click on it to open in an application like iTunes.

   For Mobile Devices
   You can stream materials using your iPhone, iPad or other mobile device. However; to save materials to your device, you will need to download them to a computer first, and then sync to your device, to transfer.

Below are some troubleshooting tips for downloading audio:

• Try downloading by right-clicking (or control-click) on the download button. This will allow you to choose where to save the audio.

• Try downloading via a different web browser. We highly recommend Firefox or Google Chrome.

• We recommend 2G of RAM and having an internet speed of 1mbps or faster (DSL or Wi-Fi with a strong signal).

• If you experience the download stopping or getting interrupted, we recommend closing all other internet applications (i.e. Skype) and other browser windows, as well as other resource-intensive applications.

• If the above suggestions don’t work, please try downloading the audios to a different computer. You can then transfer to a mobile device or flash drive.

  For Mobile Devices
  You can stream materials using your iPhone, iPad or other mobile device. However, in order to save materials to your device, you may need to download them to a computer first and then sync to transfer.

Handouts and materials are provided in PDF format. You will need to have the most updated version of Adobe Reader. You can download it free here.

Please use the following steps to download or print the PDF handouts:

• Right-click (or control-click for a Mac) on the download button.

• Click Save file as or Download linked file as in the box that pops up.

  Troubleshooting tips:

  • Ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of your browser.

  • Try opening the file using another browser (i.e, if you use Safari, try opening it using Google Chrome).

  • Do not rename the file or save it using a different program.

If the handouts are not opening up fully for you, you may need to copy, paste, and view the PDF link directly into your internet browser to see the complete file. To do this, please follow these steps:

• To copy the PDF link, tap and hold your finger down on the View button. When a menu pops up, you can remove your finger.

• Please select Copy from the menu; this will copy the direct link for the PDF.

• Open up a new tab on your browser and paste the link into the url window. To do this, tap and hold your finger down on the browser window and wait for the magnifying glass to appear. When it does, remove your finger and a pop up menu will come up. Tap “Paste” to paste the link.

• Then, just tap Go and the complete PDF handout should appear for viewing.

• If you would like to download the PDF, you will need to save it to a computer first; you can then sync your device to the computer to transfer.
